A number of IMSB members were delighted to have the experience of attending the recent retreat on Satipatthana and Mindfulness in the Early Discourses held at Spirit Rock. This retreat was led by the greatly admired Analayo Bhikkhu, along with Shaila Catherine, and Anandabodhi Bhikkhuni.
