IMSB Mailing List

Use this form to register for electronic and paper mail announcements from Insight Meditation South Bay. After submitting this form you will receive an email containing a link you must click in order to complete the sign-up process. You can also use this form to change your contact information once you have registered. At the bottom of this page and at the bottom of any email announcements from IMSB is information for removing yourself from our mailing list. If you have any difficulty working with the IMSB mailing list, simply email the IMSB webmaster at webmasterimsb.org.

Privacy

IMSB respects your right to privacy and will not share any of your contact information with other companies, groups or organizations. This information is used only for direct communications between IMSB and its members in matters directly pertinent to our relationship.

Purpose

Your email address is most commonly used to announce IMSB events, classes and Dhamma talks or to provide special information about weekly IMSB events. Rarely, IMSB may announce events sponsored by other organizations when we feel it is a special event that our members might find of interest.

Also a rare occurence, typically once or twice a year, IMSB will send a special communication via surface mail to your postal address. Of course, we do not require you provide this information, but it will help us communicate with you effectively. Also, postal address will be necessary when you participate in certain events such as a formal retreat.

Update your registered information

To change your information simply join the same email address you previously registered. The system will recognize the email address has already been registered and take you into a process where you can change all your contact information.

Volunteering at IMSB:

Events such as the weekly sitting are managed by volunteers at IMSB. Can you help with set up or clean up? There are many ways you can help at IMSB and you can sign up online.
